Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and integrate multifunctional digital print systems into existing IT and network environments at customer locations.
  • •Provide maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operation of print systems.
  • •Analyze and sustainably resolve malfunctions to restore and maintain optimal system performance.
  • •Train customers in operation, care, and optimal use of the systems.
  • •Create digital service reports and document technical solutions while collaborating with support and internal specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training in electrical or electromechanical fields (or comparable).
  • •Good PC and network skills with confidence working in IT environments.
  • •Experience in a technical service environment, ideally in print/output management.
  • •Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • •Very good German and good English skills; driving license category B; regional flexibility and willingness to travel.
