Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, execute, and scale a multi-year end-to-end user experience strategy across Vivint touchpoints (mobile apps, physical smart panels, ambient device interactions).
  • •Champion and evolve a unified design language system (DLS) so third-party partner integrations and native hardware feel cohesive.
  • •Architect systems-level interaction models, user journeys, and information hierarchies bridging physical behaviors with real-time digital controls.
  • •Pioneer AI/ML-driven UX patterns for ambient intelligence and machine learning features, translating predictive data into non-intrusive experiences.
