•Own end-to-end delivery of capital projects across offices, labs, and manufacturing facilities from scoping and budget through construction and handover.
•Manage the facilities portfolio for a fast-scaling multi-site organization to keep locations operational, safe, and ahead of headcount growth.
•Negotiate and manage general contractors, vendors, and landlords for tenant improvements, buildouts, and facility expansions on tight timelines.
•Build and maintain capital budgets and plans for facilities projects, tracking spend against forecast across active builds.
•Stand up facilities standards, systems, and vendor playbooks to ensure new sites open with the same quality bar as prior sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 304,000 - 354,000 annually
