Key Responsibilities

  • •Weigh or measure raw materials to ensure accurate blends per product specifications.
  • •Load and operate shredder/granulator and Sortex equipment; operate and monitor material blenders.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance tasks and routine cleaning for Sortex, shredder equipment, and material blenders/vacuum units.
  • •Transfer raw material and components between work areas, supply machines to meet production targets, and address material flow issues.
  • •Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met and adjust material blends as instructed; follow Visual Operating Procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Prior experience with a forklift or powered hand jack (preferred).
  • •Prior experience with raw material handling in a manufacturing environment (desirable).
  • •Forklift or hand jack certification and lockout/tagout authorization provided by OES.
  • •Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools (including a hand saw) and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
