Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects from planning and requirements through delivery and closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and measurable business value. Lead scoping and requirement analysis, manage RAID/RACI artifacts, and resolve impediments across project streams using both waterfall and agile practices. Partner with stakeholders and Business Analysts on scope and change control, coordinate governance with PMO, and track benefits realization and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technology projects end-to-end from planning and requirements through delivery and closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope and quality measures.
•Own benefits realization for all managed projects.
•Develop and maintain the overall project plan; lead scoping to identify, capture, and analyze requirements and oversee delivery of an effective solution.
•Manage project documentation and controls (project plan, RAID and RACI) and coordinate project status reporting, including minutes and stakeholder updates.
•Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions; coordinate governance with the PMO and support post-implementation lessons learned and closure reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of project management experience using a modern waterfall delivery methodology.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
•Airline experience or knowledge of end-to-end booking, check-in, cancellation, and re-accommodation processes, especially on the Amadeus product suite.
•Certification is Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, Scrum Master CSM, or SAFe beneficial.
•Proficient using Microsoft Office suite and project management tools; able to blend agile and traditional project management.
