Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual, group, and family counseling to children and adolescents in school-based settings.
  • •Conduct behavioral health assessments, screenings, and ongoing clinical evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans.
  • •Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and stabilization support when clinically appropriate.
  • •Collaborate with school personnel, caregivers, community agencies, and interdisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care and participate in Child and Family Teams (CFTs).
  • •Maintain an assigned caseload and complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • •Experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • •An active Arizona behavioral health license or associate license (including credentials such as LMSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, or LAMFT/LMFT) and meeting Arizona licensure/credentialing requirements.
  • •BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 5 days), plus an Arizona Level I Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain within 5 days).
  • •Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States.
