Key Responsibilities

•Prospect for home lending business to build client loan originations and relationships.
•Originate and process residential real estate mortgage transactions according to Home Lending process and product guidelines.
•Provide clients detailed information on mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to support informed decisions.
•Gather loan documents at registration and remain the primary point of contact through the loan process.
•Maintain client satisfaction and loan quality by controlling sales/originator systems and staying current on market and industry trends.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience as a loan officer in 1st mortgage production (preferred).
•3+ years working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, and RESPA/Equal Credit Opportunity Act (preferred).
•Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer service ability.
•Strong sales and service skills, including tele-consulting, prospecting, networking, and COI relationship management.
