Job Summary

Provide technical support for a specific customer, serving as an intermediary and escalation focal point between the customer and Applied Materials’ division. Support Alpha and Beta site activities for new in-house or customer-facing hardware, process, and software designs, including installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing. Review ECOs, generate and present system performance metrics (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/availability), support documentation (CENs/BKMs), and help ensure field implementation and communication at the customer level.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical support for customer-specific needs including escalations, fleet performance, installations, upgrades, and improvement programs.
•Serve as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and division, providing technical support and documentation to field personnel.
•Deliver Alpha Site and Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new designs on engineering tools or customer tools.
•Review and follow up on ECOs, ensuring data supports fixes and communicating outcomes to the field.
•Generate and present system performance data (MTBF/MTBI/availability), create/review technical documentation, and ensure field implementation.

Travel: Extensive travel
