Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows Server environments, including core services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, RDS, Certificate Services, and Windows Failover Clustering.
  • •Support and manage enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM, alongside Azure infrastructure services.
  • •Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell to improve infrastructure standardization and operational efficiency.
  • •Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, technology refresh programmes, and cloud adoption initiatives across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge while contributing to service improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, and 2022).
  • •Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Windows Failover Clustering, and Microsoft Certificate Services.
  • •Strong PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation experience.
  • •Experience administering VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance.
