Key Responsibilities

•Process provider and business unit invoices in relevant systems within defined SLAs.
•Validate invoice data and ensure correctness before payment execution.
•Approve provider self-invoices in line with defined rules.
•Ensure accurate and timely rebilling of costs to business partners.
•Handle incoming provider requests via shared mailboxes and escalate complex/non-standard issues when needed.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2).
•Basic understanding of financial and accounting processes (advantage).
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines.
•Numerical and analytical thinking with willingness to learn new tools and processes.
