Job Summary

Join the Consumer Credit team and support Card Members by recovering overdue balances while minimizing risk. You’ll complete an extensive 8-week training program with tools and monthly coaching, then work rotating shifts across available teams. In this role, you’ll handle sensitive conversations with empathy, maintain a calm tone under pressure, follow quality/regulatory/compliance guidelines, and provide consultative product recommendations tailored to each Card Member.
