Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership of new product introductions and early learning shipments, resolving critical long-term customer issues.
  • •Own hardware performance for a strategic customer or region and manage hardware/software technical customer escalations.
  • •Drive failure analysis, develop resolution plans, and create design changes to correct long-term technical issues.
  • •Provide alpha site leadership (NPI, JDA, Eval) for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of complex new products.
  • •Drive program management from concept through customer acceptance and formal release, including generating and presenting system performance metrics and ensuring field implementation.
