Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve shop drawings, technical/material submittals, and design documentation for ICT, security, and ELV systems.
  • •Review contractor method statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, testing procedures, and quality documentation; provide technical comments.
  • •Monitor site activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant international standards; conduct site inspections and witness testing/commissioning.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, specialist vendors, design teams, and client representatives to resolve technical issues, address RFIs/NCRs, and maintain project progress.
  • •Support project closeout by reviewing testing records, as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and handover documentation; supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ICT/ELV/security systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 13 years of experience in ICT/ELV engineering, including at least 7 years in construction supervision or PMC/consultancy environments.
  • •Strong experience reviewing ICT, ELV, and Security System designs, shop drawings, submittals, ITPs, and method statements.
  • •Demonstrated experience on major building, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
  • •Sound knowledge of structured cabling, ICT infrastructure, CCTV, access control, security systems, fibre optic networks, public address systems, and telecom systems, plus familiarity with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, NFPA).
