Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate concurrently multiple proposals of varying scope from planning to final submission.
•Analyze bid documents to extract requirements, evaluation criteria, timelines and submission modalities.
•Plan and host kickoff meetings and regular follow-ups with internal teams.
•Orchestrate multidisciplinary contributions to ensure cohesive, structured, and compliant proposals.
•Compile, structure and showcase team experience, qualifications and reference projects.

Key Requirements

•Postsecondary education in communications, administration, engineering or a related field.
•3 to 6 years of experience in coordinating proposals, document management or a similar role.
•Excellent written and spoken French skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; InDesign is a plus.
•Good understanding of bid processes and public/private procurement.
