Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision and strategic agenda across B2B Insights, Enterprise Insights, and Operations & Enablement to deliver high-impact, connected insights.
  • •Partner with senior leaders to define business questions, shape research strategies, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • •Lead strategic research engagements to identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • •Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, behavioral data, and market intelligence into executive narratives that drive action.
  • •Lead Operations for Amex Insights, including research governance, compliance, risk management, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and process redesign to improve efficiency, quality, and scale.

Key Requirements
