Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, test, and iterate on interaction designs for new and existing features, including user flows, detailed wireframes, and prototypes.

  • •Participate in user research (contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive analysis) and apply findings to design decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of product design experience for desktop, web, or mobile software (or equivalent portfolio evidence).
  • •Experience contributing to SaaS products/features across the design process from research and discovery through launch and iteration.
  • •Ability to translate customer and business problems into user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
  • •A portfolio covering user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and visual UI design.
