Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural development of core Creator Agent algorithm capabilities, including agent orchestration, agentic search, hierarchical memory, and algorithm tuning infrastructure for RL/SFT and frontier optimization.
  • •Track and incorporate frontier agent optimization directions such as test-time/inference-time optimization, tool-use optimization, multi-agent collaboration, prompt/workflow optimization, distillation, and agent evaluation/reward modeling.
  • •Decide which optimization directions are worth investing in based on team and business realities, and translate them into concrete team capabilities.
  • •Monitor and adapt latest agent architectures from OpenAI, Anthropic, and others to fit the creator business needs.
  • •Partner closely with the algorithm team to ensure algorithm infrastructure accelerates innovation, and translate deep understanding of creators as a B2B user group into infrastructure decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building production-grade, domain-customized agents using LangGraph (or equivalent frameworks).
  • •Deep understanding of agent technical stack and frontier agent practices (e.g., OpenAI SDK and Claude Code), with strong judgment on capability boundaries and challenges.
  • •Systematic understanding of agent optimization (Agent RL, hierarchical memory/Memory RL, SFT) plus hands-on familiarity with at least 2–3 frontier directions such as test-time optimization, tool-use optimization, multi-agent collaboration, prompt/workflow optimization, distillation, or evaluation.
  • •Familiarity with agentic search design and implementation, understanding the shift from traditional retrieval to agent-driven retrieval.
  • •Deep understanding of B2B/ToB businesses and the ability to reason about algorithm infrastructure from workflows, ROI, explainability, and controllability perspectives.
