Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain planning-related material master data in SAP (lot sizes, safety stocks, replenishment types, lead times).
  • •Plan and procure material components to support production while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory; coordinate outside processing scheduling with vendors.
  • •Attend production meetings and align the production plan with customer requirements; assign delivery dates based on needs, processing times, capacity, and raw material availability.
  • •Create, manage, and release SAP-generated job packets and drawings to the production floor according to procedures.
  • •Manage inventory to meet monthly financial targets and customer demand; support cycle counting and physical inventory, and review order closure reports to keep records accurate and current.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of ERP system experience.
  • •Reside within a 50 mile radius of Highland, IL (Active-Duty Military Service exempt).
  • •Experience with materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) and order generation logic.
  • •Preferred: SAP experience and experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of manufacturing/special processes.
