Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop, validate, and automate features that help customers manage their networks.
  • •Understand feature functionality and implement it in a meaningful, efficient customer-facing way.
  • •Design and implement features defined on time with quality.
  • •Collaborate with PM, cross-functional teams, and TMEs to deliver outcomes.
  • •Contribute to coding quality and system design, including mentoring (preferred).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience or a master’s degree with 0 years related experience.
  • •Proficiency in at least one of Python, Ruby on rails, or Go.
  • •Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • •Experience mentoring and guiding team members on code quality and system design (preferred).
  • •Exposure to using LLMs and AI agents for coding; preferred.
