Job Summary

Lead end-to-end platform validation for AMD’s Compute and Enterprise AI Server products, coordinating across hardware, firmware, validation, and customer engineering to ensure architecture alignment, post-silicon validation, and timely delivery of features that meet performance targets. Own program plans, risk management, and delivery outcomes in a global, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define program plans to meet product requirements within schedule and scope
•Drive platform execution with full accountability for feature readiness, program risks, and delivery outcomes
•Develop detailed validation strategy based on program complexity and feature set, ensuring coverage and scalability aligned to customer use cases
•Own end-to-end delivery of system features, from architecture intent through validation results and customer use case
•Lead cross-functional alignment across Architecture, FW/SW, Validation, and Customer Engineering
•Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
•Master’s Degree preferred
•Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in post-silicon or system development environments
•Strong knowledge of Linux and system validation environments (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V) and test planning
•Ability to operate across architecture, silicon, firmware, validation, and performance domains with depth in at least one
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
