Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with partner teams to standardize procurement and operational processes, including material traceability mechanisms.
•Develop and manage reporting on how performance supports the Investment tax credit.
•Work with outside counsel to obtain approvals for new partner system configurations.
•Develop and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) and manage sourcing strategies and supply transitions to meet regulatory and business requirements.
•Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs), track compliance status for projects/installs, and maintain documentation for internal audits and external compliance reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,226.75 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related.
•5+ years as a Logistician in a regulated or compliance-driven environment with exposure to sourcing requirements, trade considerations, and tax-related programs.
•Implement process controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready workflows for compliance.
•Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operational stakeholders.
•Use ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools for reporting and decision-making; lead cross-functional initiatives in complex operational environments.
