Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor payment infrastructure and key metrics.
  • •Handle payment incidents including failed payments, refunds, and disputes/chargebacks.
  • •Investigate complex payment cases (e.g., unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, suspicious transactions) to determine root cause.
  • •Handle user billing/payment communications through ticket-based systems.
  • •Work with fraud cases by analyzing fraud patterns and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes.
