Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and drive the strategic development to build and tell our overall brand narrative with conservative audiences.
  • •Set and lead a national conservative media engagement strategy to secure top-tier coverage across channels and outlets.
  • •Oversee high-impact pitches that shape public discourse, drive awareness, adoption, engagement and trust with conservative audiences.
  • •Maintain and grow a global network of high-leverage media relationships across all outlets including editors, producers, journalists, influencers, podcasters, etc.
  • •Coordinate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align on messaging and impact for Change.org’s conservative content strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,500 - 230,000 annually

  • •8-10+ years of experience in strategic corporate communications, media relations, public affairs, or public relations.
  • •Proven track record of shaping media narratives and engaging top-tier conservative media outlets across broadcast, digital, print, and emerging platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to secure high-profile media coverage that aligns with organizational goals and mitigates reputational risk.
