Job Summary

Collaborate with Financial Advisors and Client Specialists to deliver insurance solutions, advise on products (term, whole life, universal life, index UL, VUL, long-term care, disability income), and support growth across the Wealth Solutions Group. Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and educate stakeholders while driving scalable insurance initiatives for PWM clients.

Location: Milwaukee, Louisville

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate information on insurance products (term, whole life, universal life, index universal life, variable universal life, long-term care, disability income) to Financial Advisors and Client Specialists.
•Troubleshoot advisor inquiries related to Insurance Solutions, technology platforms, and insurance strategy options; share best practices.
•Evaluate client needs and navigate appropriate insurance solutions, including elements of financial planning and business insurance concepts.
•Serve as a liaison between internal and external partners to ensure alignment with procedures, policies, commissions, compliance, supervision and operations.
•Develop and deliver educational content on insurance solutions and proactively identify ideas to grow and evolve the insurance solutions platform.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry; life & health licensed or able to obtain within 12 months.
•Sophisticated understanding of various insurance products, services and strategies, and current tax laws.
•Exceptional client service skills with ability to communicate complex topics to Financial Advisors and management.
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
