Govern data gathering with regional teams, drive warehouse automation strategy, and oversee network studies, expansion planning, RFP support, and capacity forecasting to optimize cost-to-serve and customer experience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and governance of On’s global DC network strategy, ensuring it is future-ready and aligned with long-range planning, commercial strategies, and regional demand.
•Drive end-to-end data gathering and validation, establishing a process-driven framework with regional operational teams.
•Implement resilience and scalability as core principles of the DC network to manage volatility and support global expansions, including warehouse automation strategy.
•Oversee network studies and assessments, balancing cost-to-serve with premium customer experience across channels and influencing strategic investment decisions.
•Provide governance for advanced scenario modeling, capacity forecasting, and contingency planning to ensure network resilience.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in supply chain network design, logistics capacity planning, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong analytical mindset with understanding of network modeling methodology and tools (e.g., Coupa Supply Chain Design / LLamasoft).
•Proven experience leading large-scale RFPs, 3PL solution design, and data standardization practices.
•Adept at translating complex network studies and data into clear, actionable strategies, commercial insights and business cases.
•Advanced experience working with 3PLs and managing global multi-channel distribution networks.
