Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards, including shipment processing, merchandising placement, and daily replenishment
  • •Support safe, efficient store operations by ensuring strong stockroom standards, and use metrics to drive business-focused strategies while resolving client needs

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
  • •Be able to move constantly in and around the store and stand/walk for an entire shift
