Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary focal point for the Safety & Quality Management System and Training Management.
  • •Manage and continuously improve the Safety Management System to an operating and effective level.
  • •Establish and maintain training programs, including determining training, competence assessment, and recordkeeping.
  • •Manage safety reporting and occurrence reporting, including internal occurrence investigation and follow-up; perform hazard identification and safety risk analysis.
  • •Monitor effectiveness of safety risk controls and corrective actions, provide periodic safety performance reports, and support safety data collection and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum degree in engineering (e.g., aeronautical, mechanical, electronic, or electrical).
  • •At least 2 years of aviation production/maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a safety and quality assurance function (preferred).
  • •Ability to understand and read blueprints, schematics, and Component Maintenance Manuals.
  • •Knowledge of airworthiness authorities’ regulatory requirements and AS9100 series standards is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) and read procedural documentation and regulation.
