Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to production, quality, and food safety standards.
  • •Support production line operations by loading/unloading and feeding materials into production equipment.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, restrooms, common areas, and handle waste disposal and restocking hygiene supplies.
  • •Operate, set up, calibrate, and monitor food-processing machinery, including cleaning, inspections, and minor troubleshooting.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery, diagnose breakdowns, and document maintenance activities to support efficient production.
