Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for EMEA law schools—from flagship institutions to smaller schools.
  • •Manage account relationships across each partner institution, owning relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators.
  • •Build and execute market expansion plans for new EMEA/International launches, working with the Law School Lead to develop a playbook for each market.
  • •Run product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events, including semester-start all-hands pushes, faculty workshops, and 1:1 curriculum advisory sessions.
  • •Launch and own EMEA student ambassador and faculty champion networks, and advise faculty and curriculum committees on integrating Harvey into courses and clinics.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree preferred with understanding of how EMEA law schools are structured and how faculty, students, and administrators operate.
  • •Strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs, ideally in a client-facing/externally-facing role.
  • •Proven ability to manage a high volume portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment without losing account depth.
  • •Comfort running product trainings and demos for audiences from first-year students to senior faculty and deans.
  • •Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to operate without a playbook across multiple markets, with strong organizational instincts.
