Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate automatic blanking, heat treat forming, and robotic TIG welding for holesaws.
  • •Work from travelers and instructions; setup and change over equipment and run nitrogen forming furnace per procedure.
  • •Operate robotic and semi-auto TIG welders, load shell & cups, start automatic cycles, and adjust welding parameters for proper heat.
  • •Visually and dimensionally inspect each saw (weld quality, total roundness, weld height/penetration); rework or scrap out of spec parts.
  • •Maintain equipment and work area, observe safety rules, and report malfunctions, defective material, or unusual situations to the foreman.
