Job Summary

Own Enterprise positioning and messaging for Descript’s AI-powered video and podcast editor, turning product innovation into pipeline. Build and improve sales enablement (battlecards, competitive intelligence, ROI messaging, playbooks) and partner with Sales and RevOps to refine messaging from customer conversations and Gong insights. Collaborate with Product on roadmap, launches, pricing, and packaging, and help scale the Enterprise GTM motion across API and AI-powered initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own positioning and messaging for Enterprise products and solutions.
•Build and continuously improve sales enablement (battlecards, competitive intelligence, ROI messaging, playbooks).
•Partner with Sales and RevOps to translate customer conversations and Gong insights into higher win rates.
•Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap, launches, pricing, and packaging.
•Help define and scale Enterprise GTM motion, including initiatives around the API platform and AI-powered products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with ownership of Enterprise GTM.
•Experience partnering closely with Enterprise Sales on messaging and enablement.
•Excellent writer with strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
•Comfortable making recommendations, driving alignment, and navigating ambiguity.
•Highly cross-functional experience working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
