Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver automation and analytics solutions to improve control, scalability, efficiency, and user experience across International Controllership.
  • •Create end-to-end development roadmaps, track milestones, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • •Assess and re-engineer existing processes with business owners, identifying transformation opportunities and redesigning workflows using fit-for-purpose technology.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and Technology teams to resolve issues, remove blockers, run robust testing, support parallel runs, and enable deployment through standard processes.
  • •Produce process-owner and technical documentation to enable sustainable handover and operational continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant experience with strong technical and analytical skills.
  • •Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop/Cloud, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) for enterprise automation and application development.
  • •Strong coding and debugging skills in VBA/Macro object model/event-driven programming for automating financial workflows within Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong Python coding skills and mastery of SQL and BigQuery, including writing/debugging complex queries and query tuning.
  • •Knowledge of MS Access and PostgreSQL databases, plus familiarity with Unix Shell scripting and finance/reporting platforms.
