Job Summary

Supervise 2nd shift production under the Operations Manager by coaching front-line leadership and leading plant-wide initiatives. Ensure safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, and KPI performance, while supporting organizational capability and employee morale. Develop daily management systems (DDS, CL, RCFA), manage direct/indirect labor, track results vs. plans, and collaborate cross-functionally across plant operations and WHQ teams to drive operational excellence.

•Coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in continuous improvement and HPO initiatives across shifts.
•Ensure safety system management within the assigned area and track results vs. KPI targets for safety and quality.
•Develop and maintain teamwork plans and budgets, including efficient management of direct and indirect labor.
•Develop team leaders and provide training, coaching, and facilitation to support talent development and positive employee relations.
•Lead daily management systems (DDS, CL, RCFA, and operational standards), communicate results/needs to senior management, and support operational excellence planning and capital forecasting.

Salary: USD 67,000 - 92,100 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.

•Expertise overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards (preferred).
•Cross-functional operations experience with strong understanding of various plant functions (preferred).
