Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify fulfillment operational problems and drive continuous improvement strategies for the distribution center.
  • •Collaborate with the Director of Operations and SVP to develop an operations improvement roadmap and forecasting to ensure alignment.
  • •Ensure adherence to OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and facility compliance while meeting operational goals and improving production.
  • •Drive Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery and expand capabilities to meet warehouse mandatory requirements.
  • •Lead and supervise a team of managers, their supervisors, and hourly associates; mentor, train, and develop teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • •8+ years of experience managing operations or production within Food/Beverage/Perishables.
  • •Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, and SQF.

  • •Flexibility to work weekends and/or night shifts.
