Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and tailored recommendations, driving cross-sell and upsell to meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.
