Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new Contract Logistics opportunities across targeted markets and industry sectors
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships increasing share of wallet, retention and sustainable revenue growth
•Lead the end-to-end sales process including solution development, commercial negotiations, proposals and contract closure
•Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and support successful implementation
•Manage a strong sales pipeline including lead generation, CRM updates, forecasting and performance reporting

Key Requirements

•8+ year’s experience in business development or commercial sales within Contract Logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding or supply chain solutions
•Proven success in securing new business, managing complex sales cycles and driving revenue growth
•Strong ability to build senior customer relationships, increase sharing of wallet and identify new opportunities
•Commercially astute with strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and logistics solutions
•Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
