Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-level support to ISSPA users for functionality, requirement generation, documentation uploads, browser issues, and navigation.
  • •Perform database edits (add/edit/archive users, organizations, requirements, and uploaded documents).
  • •Log all interactions in a trouble-ticketing system and escalate unresolved issues to the Government Task Lead.
  • •Draft and distribute system bulletins, update messages, and user notifications after software releases or changes.
  • •Deliver user training on ISSP database navigation and workflow processes, and coordinate multiple customer requests as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •1+ years of general administrative experience including word processing, spreadsheet usage, data entry, and office procedures.
  • •Experience with military administrative procedures and familiarity with U.S. Army correspondence requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of industry standard office automation tools.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
