Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct project stage-gate and periodic quality reviews for high-risk, costly, value-added, or large complex projects.
  • •Support program and project governance and ensure stakeholder/corporate requirements are met through improved processes and training.
  • •Provide thorough program/project management execution understanding to sponsors, customers, and stakeholders, guiding project managers through the lifecycle.
  • •Manage portfolio risks and issues by escalating appropriately and triaging troubled initiatives to successful completion.
  • •Provide direct program management services for large strategic programs and mentor others in organizational change management methods within project/program delivery.

Key Requirements
