Senior Business Analyst

Drive growth for payment products by turning product and business questions into analysis and actionable insights. Partner with product managers, business, development, and data engineering teams to track KPIs, develop self-service dashboards, and support marketing and growth initiatives end to end. Design and analyze experiments in digital products (A/B, multivariate), apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, and deliver post-launch impact analysis to maximize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
