Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with EFA engineering to quickly identify visual defects related to yield issues.
  • •Innovate to improve work efficiency and shorten the time to visualize root-cause failures.
  • •Interpret and summarize data, then present findings to corresponding engineers verbally and in writing.
  • •Build and improve PFA techniques using existing tools to identify new failure mechanisms.
  • •Own and maintain PFA tools to maximize uptime.
