Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the general contractor’s construction activities and report schedule status to the project owner.
  • •Manage project stakeholders, governance, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent client delivery.
  • •Analyze and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip; forecast and update milestones.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple projects, ensure approved design standards are applied, and manage supplier interfaces via trackers and weekly/monthly reviews.
  • •Produce and independently review project status reports and construction documentation; provide field support for RFIs, technical support, and cost/value engineering guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems.
  • •Familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs) and using project management tools.
