Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily field operations to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
  • •Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to ensure timely material delivery and staging.
  • •Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, and customer specifications; manage RFIs and scope changes.
  • •Manage large field teams (100+ technicians), mentor staff, and drive a culture of safety and craftsmanship.
  • •Engage in client meetings, site walks, and milestone reviews to ensure alignment and progress.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
  • •Hands-on construction leadership for data centers with deep knowledge of fiber and structured cabling.
  • •Proven ability to manage safety, schedule, budget, and quality on large teams.
  • •Strong people-management skills and ability to mentor field crews.
  • •Proficiency with interpreting drawings, schedules, and coordinating with PM/Procurement.
