Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support to UGT executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, meeting scheduling, and office administration.
  • •Maintain production-related reports, trackers, and databases for staffing submissions, production schedules, material deliveries, and series coverage information.
  • •Coordinate meetings, conference calls, production run-throughs, table reads, and virtual or in-person events; prepare materials and track action items and production status documentation.
  • •Anticipate scheduling conflicts and production priorities, resolve administrative issues independently when appropriate, and escalate with sound judgment.
  • •Coordinate secure distribution of scripts and confidential production materials, process contracts/deal memos/budgets/invoices, and support onboarding and staffing logistics as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year working in a studio, network, agency, or production company in an assistant capacity.
