Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage implementation of structural BIM processes across project stages.
  • •Ensure models are developed in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, project standards, and company protocols.
  • •Lead and develop the structural BIM team capability.
  • •Manage the development, maintenance, health, and quality of the structural discipline BIM model.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, conduct model audits/checks/quality reviews in Revit, and support coordinated clash-free delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc. degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
  • •Typically, 15+ years of BIM/digital delivery experience.
  • •Strong Revit capability and experience with BIM Execution Plans and LOD.
  • •Familiarity with interoperability between Revit and other discipline tools.
  • •Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, or API-based workflows/automation tools is preferred.
