Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy resilient backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and build frontends with React and TypeScript.
  • •Build centralized tools to aggregate data across fincrime topologies and provide full visibility into customer risk profiles.
  • •Own and develop common components for risk mitigation handling and standardized workflows for Servicing Agents.
  • •Scale compliance operations by breaking down bottlenecks and delivering adaptable platform solutions for other product teams.
  • •Take ownership of the product journey, from identifying problems and planning execution to shipping to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend engineering experience, ideally with Java and Spring Boot, delivering scalable microservices into production in a cloud environment.
  • •Experience building performant, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • •Strong coding standards, including clean, testable code, knowledge of test coverage and the test pyramid, and participation in code reviews.
  • •Experience designing and implementing distributed, concurrent systems with understanding of stateful/stateless and synchronous/asynchronous tradeoffs.
  • •Ability to break down complex work into incremental milestones that deliver customer value, with strong communication across cross-functional teams.
