Key Responsibilities

  • •IAM GTM & seller enablement: Own the UK IAM narrative and differentiation focusing on Entra-first positioning and lifecycle governance.
  • •Presales leadership & solutioning: Lead solutioning for complex IAM pursuits with UK IAM Solution Architect, scope, approach, and delivery model.
  • •Delivery quality, escalation & governance: Own IAM delivery quality, QA gates, and governance to ensure repeatable, high-quality outcomes.
  • •Capability, assets & IP: Build reusable assets (assessments, reference architectures, automation patterns, playbooks) and establish a lifecycle from project to asset to offer to service.
  • •Identity MSS interlock: Define handover criteria, onboarding artifacts, and KPIs for Identity MSS integration; partner with MSS Lead to scale IAM offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record building and scaling IAM capability in a consulting environment: sell + solution + deliver + industrialise, with a focus on repeatable outcomes.
  • •Deep Microsoft Entra leadership across Entra ID security, governance, and lifecycle foundations.
  • •Experience with Entra-based security architecture including Identity Protection and conditional access patterns.
  • •Strong ability to translate emerging Microsoft platform shifts (Agent 365, Copilot, AI security) into client narratives, offers, and delivery patterns.
  • •Senior stakeholder engagement with CISOs/CIOs, driving revenue influence and cross-practice collaboration.
