Junior Real Estate Asset Manager (Temp)

Support daily management of real estate assets in Barcelona as part of an international asset management team. Assist in asset analysis, tracking occupancy, rents and costs, monitor budgets and forecasts, prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders, and coordinate with property managers to ensure reporting quality and cost control.
