Key Responsibilities

  • •Contact customers by mail and telephone regarding payments.
  • •Monitor, administer, and calculate incoming remittances and related payment transactions.
  • •Monitor, administer, and calculate loan payoffs.
  • •Process administrative tasks for credit verifications and receive related incoming calls for loan servicing.
  • •Perform administrative duties for loan participation, including reconciliation and audit verifications, and complete required BSA/AML and other compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to perform loan servicing duties, including processing payments, payoffs, and administrative transaction support.
  • •Knowledge of a specialized field such as basic accounting, along with equivalent education and/or experience (high school plus specialized training and related experience).
  • •Strong communication skills to effectively respond to customers and questions in person-to-person and small group situations.
  • •Mathematical ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and proportions/percentages.
  • •Comfort using office software skills such as 10-key/alphanumeric data entry, word processing/typing, contact management, spreadsheets, and basic accounting.
