Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and sanitize all aspects of the food production facility and operation
  • •Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, surfaces, and walls in the kitchen, break rooms, restrooms, and office area
  • •Check and restock supplies as needed while following food safety and employee safety policies
  • •Complete relevant food safety/quality documentation
  • •Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • •Previous janitorial / sanitation experience
  • •Familiarity with cleaning solutions, including preparation and dilution of chemicals

  • •Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during 8+ hour shifts
  • •Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments
