Key Responsibilities

•Lead product strategy: Establish and execute a clear product vision and strategy for Government Products, including scaling Trump Accounts and identifying new opportunities to expand Robinhood's impact through government partnerships.
•Build & launch 0-1 products: Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.
•Drive internal and external collaboration: Work closely with internal partners across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, and communications, as well as external partners, to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity.
•Foster a culture of execution: Navigate ambiguity across product, regulatory, operational, and partnership workstreams, delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with an extremely high quality bar.
•Iterate through data: Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis.
